Bounty, "the spirit of St. Lucia" was established in 1972 as the principal rum of the St. Lucia Distillery, from the merger of the last two distilleries on the island, theDennery Distillery and the Roseau Bay Distillery. The rum expresses the most dynamic and, celebratory elements of the island's tradition and culture. The products are blends of double distilled rums with molasses from Guyana.
