The high altitude of the vineyards gives the wine a strong personality, an intense - and typical of the two varieties - aroma, full of citrus, tropical, exotic and white-fleshed fruits, as well as herbs of Greek nature on a canvas of minerality. On the palate it is particularly elegant and flavoursome, with intense, fresh acidity and a long, aromatic aftertaste. Enjoy it at 12°C, accompanying fish, seafood, pasta with aromatic sauces, yellow cheeses and Greek cuisine oils.
