The pulp produced is perfectly balanced in sugar and maintains the ideal degree of acidity. The essence obtained from the peel of the green apples gives the aroma of freshly cut fruit. Mixer's green apple puree has a very dense texture. It can be used in the preparation of many smoothies or frozen non-alcoholic cocktails as a key ingredient. It is arguably the key ingredient for the famous Apple Martini.
It is also perfect for use in pastry, combined with cream and ricotta cheese, garnished with raisins and cinnamon. Mixer®'s green apple, contains no colouring.
