The traditional seftalia BORAS is an excellent product made from fine pork from our farm. It is fermented with herbs and spices and wrapped in lamb strings from our local animals raised in nature. It is then frozen in a freezing "oven" at -40oC* and in this way it keeps all the flavours and aromas... * ( the freezing process is necessary for maximum safety and better taste as all products are preservative free).
