Black Tot Finest Caribbean is inspired by tradition and motivated to combine delicious rums from around the world. Head blender, Oliver Chilton, has developed a recipe that includes some of the world's finest rums while creating a new and distinct style. With nothing added or taken away, our final blend has been chosen for its ability to allow the individual flavours of each rum to shine through. We've balanced innovation and tradition in Black Tot Finest Caribbean - inspired by the naval rum blend of the past, but evolved to create a rum you can enjoy every day. Combining the rich flavour profiles of Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica has created a rum with notes of tropical, coffee and chocolate. Aged entirely in the tropics, producing bolder flavours at a younger age, Finest Caribbean is intended as a delicious rum to enjoy neat, as well as an ingredient in delicious cocktail creations giving it unique depth. We never filter or sweeten Black Tot Finest Caribbean as we want to present it in its purest form.
A blend of rums aged from 5 to 18 years, using the solera method. Medium toasted American oak barrels were used, previously containing sherry and port. Delicate and expressive on the nose, the rum carries notes of wood, cocoa, vanilla and caramelized aromas of maple syrup, red fruits with a peppery finish. Full , rich and classy, with notes of caramelized fruit, spices, cocoa, with red fruit and caramel on the finish.
BOTRAN RESERVA BLANCA is matured with the solera system, in American white oak barrels, in which American whiskies have been aged before. Its delicate flavour notes and crystalline colour form a perfectly balanced rum ideal for both modern and classic blends.
A new expression from the Ron Botran Anejo range, produced in Guatemala and aged in a Solera system, resulting in a rich flavour. Caramelized banana, soft warmth, a touch of salty oak.
