A blend of rums aged from 5 to 18 years, using the solera method. Medium toasted American oak barrels were used, previously containing sherry and port. Delicate and expressive on the nose, the rum carries notes of wood, cocoa, vanilla and caramelized aromas of maple syrup, red fruits with a peppery finish. Full , rich and classy, with notes of caramelized fruit, spices, cocoa, with red fruit and caramel on the finish.
