Vinification Method & Maturation:Skin contact under inert atmosphere at low temperature, controlled alcoholic fermentation by indigenous flora isolated from the specific block, in fine grain, white toasted Troncais oak barrique casks with regular stirring on fine lees for 7 months. Maximum 7 months following vinification in the same oak casks.
Tastings Characteristics:
Brilliant light yellow color with greenish hints. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with citrus, passion fruit, honeydew and hints of oak. Full mouth, creamy, with excellent balance, freshness and finesse. Persistent after taste aromas with long finish.
Harmony:
White meats in rich creamy sauces by themselves or with pasta, smoked fishes, raw shell fish and crustaceans. Fish platters, grilled fishes.

Vinification Method:
Destemming, no crushing, cold soak - skin contact under controlled conditions, alcoholic fermentation at gradual increasing temperatures, maintenance of wine "sur lies" for two months with regular stirring.
Tasting Characteristics:
Brilliantly, light yellow in color with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Malagouzia, suggesting rose petal with floral aromas and sweet spices, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, fat but balanced, high in alcohol with plenty of finesse. Well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of rosemary. A richly textured wine with superb length and balance. A classy wine with long finish and persistent aromas.
Harmony:
Excellently married with green salads, baked vegetables, pasta, low fat fishes and a wide variety of Greek sea food "Meze".

Tasting Characteristics:
Bright purple-red color. Complex, typical bouquet of small berries red fruits, leather and spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), with hints of ripe blackberry. Full mouth, rounded tannins, balanced acidity and well integrated wood tones. Long aftertaste with intense quince aroma.
Harmony:
Perfect match with juicy red barbecued meats, spicy sausages, red baked peppers in olive oil, stew rabbit, light spicy fool body cheeses.

Eighteen months in Allie - Bertrange oak casks medium - light toast. No treatment or filtration before bottling, and twelve months in bottles.
Tasting Characteristics:
Deep ruby color with purple hints. Powerful, pungent aromas of sweet cherry, candied plum and toasty vanillin oak. Full bodied and deep in dark fruit flavors, with a peppery and strong oak spicy accents background. The solid tannins build through the finish but there is plenty of supporting depth of fruit here, not to mention a bright acid lift on the back that adds energy. A ‘’Vin de Garde’’ with a great future.
Harmony:
Pairing harmoniously with juicy red meats, venison, barbecued or spicy cooked. Meat pies as well. Paired with aromatic-piquant cheeses assures another intriguing suggestion.

Vinification:
Destemming, no crushing. Cold soak at 5°C for 12 hours and fermentation at gradually increasing temperatures, offering aromatic complexity to the wine. Post maceration with steering the lies for two months.
Tasting Characteristics:
Bright rose color, with salmon colour hints. Fruity nose with rich expression. rose petals and strawberries. Well balanced mouth, quite full, fat but balanced, reminding the nose aromas, with long aftertaste.
Harmony:
Well paired with local cuisine, roasted red peppers, stuffed tomatoes and peppers. Pasta in light tomato sauces, grilled salmon, crab cakes, spicy gazpacho soups, pizzas as well as with a great variety of Exotic cuisines, Chinese, Thai, Japanese.

Destemming, light crushing, cold soak - skin contact, alcoholic fermentation by indigenous flora isolated from the specific block, at gradually increasing temperatures, maintenance of wine “sur lies” for 24 months with regular stirring. 24 months in new Allie - Jupilles French oak casks, medium grain, white toasted and 12 months in bottle before release. No treatment or filtration before bottling.
Tasting Characteristics:
Bright dark ruby color. Complex nose with typical bouquet of sundried tomatoes, smoky black fruits, strawberries, dark cherries, licorice and spices. Full body, with rich fruit depth, blackberries, plums, herbaceous hints and oak on the back. Solid, velvety tannins and long aftertaste with persistent aromas.

Brilliantly, light yellow in color with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Sauvignon Blanc, suggesting gooseberry, passion fruits, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, quite fat balanced although, with plenty of finesse. Crispy and well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of lime. A richly textured wine with superb length and balance. A classy wine with long finish and persistent aromas.

Bright, deep ruby color. It has beautiful Syrah fruit silky and ripe. Rich and intricate bouquet, earthy, dominated by leather and cherry brandy aromas, with peppery and plumy background. Generous, full bodied, chewy, robust wine with a velvety taste. Vanilla, wood, mocha and toffee hints. Slightly tannic finish with long persistent aromas. Its potential complexity is under constant development. A "Vin de Garde" with a great future.
