Try them as a garnish for grilled fish and meat dishes. Soak the mushrooms in very hot water for 30 minutes. Cut off the stems and cut them in half or into strips. Cook according to your recipe like fresh mushrooms. Strain the water you soaked them in and use it to make risotto or vegetable soup.
