After distillation, the rum is matured in white oak barrels. This final period contributes to the distinctive color, aroma and flavor of Myers.
Chairman's Reserve White is a blend of 3 to 4 year old rums, distilled in a combination of copper pot still and Coffey still. They are aged in American oak barrels.
