If you look closely at the mushroom you will see that it is hollow inside, which makes it ideal for stuffing. You can choose the larger mushrooms and after soaking them in brandy, stuff them with minced meat or cream cheese and fresh herbs. Roast in the oven or saute in fresh butter and top with the brandy you soaked them in.
