Citadelle No Mistake is an old tom gin, at 46% alcoholic strength, distilled in Charentais blunts with direct ignition. The raw material is made from French grain. Then with the patented "Progressive Infusion" system 22 botanicals are added, 19 of which are found in Citadelle Original as well as yuzu, wild absinthe and corn. Toasted sugar (35-40 grams per litre) is then added to be aged in barrels for about 4 months to homogenise and blend well with the ultimate goal of an ideal blend.

Chairman Reserve Spiced Rum contains local spices and fruits including cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut, lemon and orange. We have also added Richeria Grandis - known locally as "Bois Bande" - a bark known in the Caribbean as a powerful aphrodisiac to give an added kick to the rum. After the rum is distilled in copper pot stills and column stills, it is aged for about 4 years in former bourbon barrels. After aging, the aforementioned fruits and spices are infused into the rum, resulting in a complex and balanced rum with spice notes.
Chairman's Reserve was first blended in 1999 under the supervision of the President of St. Lucia Distillers, Laurie Barnard, who conceived the idea of a highly premium rum, which would have in its blend both continuous still and pot still rums. The excellent result generated an unprecedented local demand which in turn brought about the expansion of the brand internationally.
Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido is a landmark for the region. Drawing fresh water from the mountain and seawater from the Sea of Japan, a blend is created that, along with carefully selected botanicals such as juniper, bitter orange peel, licorice, angelica and coriander roots, produces a unique gin that captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle. Clean, transparent color, fresh iodine flavor that balances harmoniously with the yuzu. With a round and silky finish.
Chairmans Reserve Legacy, is a rum that pays homage to Laurie Barnard, the "chairman" of Saint Lucia Distillers, who inspired and created the iconic Chairman's Reserve. His name defined and redefined the Saint Lucian rum category, which was unlike anything the rum category had seen before. While other distilleries were buying column stills to increase production, Laurie invested in fine barrel types, small copper pot stills , mages they created themselves and privately owned cane acreage. He believed that the best rum is achieved by blending different barrels and ages. Chairman's Legacy showcases the art of blending rums from both column stills and copper stills. In addition to the molasses-based rums produced by the distillery, Legacy includes the addition of rums made from fresh cane juice from the privately owned land. It is aged 5 to 8 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. The result of all of the above is an exceptional profile with notes of pineapple, banana, vanilla and a long finish of roasted tropical fruits and spices.

Alexandros Gikopoulos visited Agia Loukia for the first time in 2017. Enchanted by its beauty as well as the warmth of its inhabitants, he tried to immerse himself even further in both its culture and its gastronomic culture, resulting in a second trip in 2019. Arriving at the present day, where after multiple tastings of rums aged in the distillery's warehouse, in unique barrels, he came up with the selection of a wonderful rum, which bears his signature

Xibal Gin is the first gin ever made in Guatemala, inspired by Mayan mythology. Brewed with a handcrafted process, it is distilled in a copper pot still, using iconic botanicals from Mesoamerican history as a fundamental part of it. Through its combination of bay leaf, lemon, black pepper, orange, bacon and cardamom, Xibal expects to connect its Guatemalan roots with pre-Columbian and current Guatemalan culture. This connection leads to the most perfectly representative contemporary syncretism that has ever existed in Guatemalan culture, a perfect blend of modernism, with influences from all continents and an excellent base coming from a culture with over two thousand years of history.
Its packaging represents the Guatemalan identity through hieroglyphic and Mayan symbols. It tells its story through a legend named after one of the most important places in Mayan mythology, Xibalba. Bright and clear, slightly sweet and smooth, with an explosion of juniper and citrus, dominated by orange and lemon. Light cumin, cardamom and freshly ground pepper follow. Long finish with light floral notes and a fresh bitterness from the juniper.
Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks is one of the most balanced and versatile rums in its class. A premium rum with an extremely interesting history. On May 2, 2007 a major fire broke out at the St. Lucia Distillers distillery in the Roseau Valley, which destroyed part of the premises. Most of the distillery was not damaged, but serious problems arose due to a lack of space for storing casks and ageing the spirits. During the ensuing upheaval Cyril Mangal (Cellar Master) began placing barrels in the most unlikely places in the distillery. Some of these barrels were forgotten, and were rediscovered a few years ago to give us the award-winning rum in the Chairman's range, Forgotten Casks. This is essentially the same blend as the company's trademark rum, Chairman's reserve, aged an additional 4 to 5 years. It comes from the distillation of fermented molasses in a traditional two-column (coffey) still, during which we obtain alcohol from the first and middle levels of the plates (alcohol levels of at least 94%). For this single blended rum we also use the beautiful John Dore no.1 (copper pot still).
