Xibal Gin is the first gin ever made in Guatemala, inspired by Mayan mythology. Brewed with a handcrafted process, it is distilled in a copper pot still, using iconic botanicals from Mesoamerican history as a fundamental part of it. This connection leads to the most perfectly representative contemporary syncretism that has ever existed in Guatemalan culture, a perfect blend of modernism, with influences from all continents and an excellent base coming from a culture with over two thousand years of history.
