For seven days, traditional botanicals such as orange peel, juniper, licorice, angelica roots and coriander are steeped in the gin. Then, the gin is distilled without the herbs to allow the oils to incorporate and fresh water from the mountain is added. Its fresh taste is in harmony with its fruity aromas and combined with its natural ingredients, give etsu double orange a unique and light finish. ?Diaphanous and clean, with notes of orange, yuzu and lemon, dominated by fresh orange and a slight hint of yuzu.
