Kneaded and extracted in stainless steel tanks. Complete malolactic fermentation in barrel and ageing in new French barriques for 18 months and in bottle for 6 months. Ripe red fruit, blackberry, cherry, sour cherry, cherry, clove, sweet spices, tobacco, elegant, elegant and complex mouthfeel.
Bright pink rose with blue highlights. Complex aromas emerge on the nose, dominated by forest fruits, strawberry and tomato. The palate follows the nose, rich, aromatic and lively with just the right balance of alcohol and acidity.

Amyndeon plateau. Amyndeon viticulture zone. North-western Macedonia. "Turtles" sub-region. 640-650 m altitude, with north-western exposure, facing mount Voras. 69ha of Linear, privately owned vineyard situated at an altitude of 620-710 m.
Vinification Method & Ageing:
Destemming, no crushing, cold soak - skin contact under controlled conditions, alcoholic fermentation at gradual increasing temperatures, maintenance of wine "sur lies" for eight months with regular stirring. Twelve months in French, fine grain, medium toast oak casks and twelve months in the bottle.
Tasting Characteristics:
Bright, deep ruby color. It has beautiful Syrah fruit silky and ripe. Rich and intricate bouquet, earthy, dominated by leather and cherry brandy aromas, with peppery and plumy background. Generous, full bodied, chewy, robust wine with a velvety taste. Vanilla, wood, mocha and toffee hints. Slightly tannic finish with long persistent aromas. Its potential complexity is under constant development. A "Vin de Garde" with a great future.
Harmony:
It fits ideally with a large range of meats, grill cooked fleshy mushrooms, well matured smooth cheese.
For 6 months, 70% fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% fermented and aged in French barriques. Short pre-fermentation maceration and batonnage. Screw cap. Intense but elegant varietal expression, with notes of oak. Peach, mango, orange peel, toasted bread, freshness.
It comes from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is cultivated in a small part of the estate's vineyard. After pre-fermentation cold maceration, it is fermented at around 20 °C in French oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with its lees.
It has a bright golden yellow colour and a bouquet of summer and exotic fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) against a background of smoky vanilla and aromatic grasses. It presents itself full-bodied, balanced and well-structured, having gained from its contact with wood. It is a wine with potential for evolution.
Elegant with a light yellow-green colour, fine bubbles and aromas of lemon blossom, honey, brioche and rose accompanied by crisp acidity.
Vinification
Early harvesting is used to produce the base wine. After cooling, the grapes are transported unstripped into the press. The must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it is fermented at low temperatures. This is followed by the classic method with a second fermentation in the bottle. The second fermentation and maturation period, in the presence of the fine lees, lasts at least 9 months.
Tasting characteristics
Elegant sparkling wine with a light yellow-green colour and fine bubbles, intense and long-lasting. On the nose there are aromas of lemon and honey, with a background of brioche and rose scents. On the palate there are notes of yeast and toast aromas accompanied by crisp acidity.
Ideal combination with food
Raw seafood, sushi, soft cheeses and fruit salad.
The Estate Argyros’ construal of an old, distinctive Santorinian style. A very strict selection of very old Assyrtiko vineyards, at least 150 year old, in Pyrgos and Megalochori, harvested at deep ripeness, usually twenty days after the main picking date. Fermented, partially uninoculated, in French oak barriques, at ambient temperatures and aged for twelve months in French oak barriques on fine lees and then approximately twelve additional months in stainless steel, again on fine lees. A wine of imposing proportions, of power but showing no hint of roughness. It needs several years in bottle to grow out of its youth and will unfurl for more than fifteen years.
It is produced from the French variety Chardonnay grown in the foothills of Pangeo, with a particularly low yield per hectare. After fermentation, it is fermented in new oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with the lees. Its colour is straw yellow with green highlights. It is now served at 12 °C and can be aged for 8-10 years.
Vinification
The perfect ripening of the grapes and the carefully selected date of harvest, which is practicated during the night, contribute to the preservation of varietal aromatic and phenolic potential. Right determing of the durations of pre- and post-fermentation macerations, allows extracting this potential, before its transfer by gravity to oak barrels. There, following malolactic fermentation, it is left to age for 12 months with further 8-10 months in the bottle.
Specific characteristics
The dark purple colour with violet reflections retains all its intensity. The nose is dominated by an intense bouquet of cherries and plums followed by scents of chocolate, smoke and vanilla. Generous in the mouth, with good balanced and lively tannins contributing to a velvety structure. Long and fruity aftertaste, with a light touch of oak. It needs further ageing to reveal its full potential.
Serving tips
Serve at 17-18oC. It is seeking the company of grilled red meat and spicy game, as well as spicy and unctuous cheeses. It's a wine with a great potential of aging. It needs to be decanted before serving.
Two divine varieties SYRAH and Agiorgitiko participate in this Bled of international reference. Deep seductive purple solid colour. The challenging nose envelops you in aromas of red black fruits, dried currant, black plum, black cherry, cherry, eucalyptus, ink and clove. The concentrated and velvety body blends with lacy tannins and moderate acidity. Bitter chocolate, leather, green pepper and ink make up the flavor palette that finishes with a long enjoyable finish.
Composition/Winemaking: 100% Mavrotragano from the magnificent Clos Stegasta vineyard. Fermentation with whole berries and whole bunches in big oak casks with indigenous yeasts isolated from our vineyards. The wine matures for about a year in 500lts oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
Tasting Notes: A seductive wine with a plethora of aromas. Oregano and violets are wrapped around a core of dark cherries, green pepper and espresso roast. The palate sets the ground along with the velvety tannins cutting through a complex and complete finish. A spherical wine seamlessly textured with no hard edges in sight. Delicious early on, better with age.
