The highly anticipated Teeling Single Malt Irish Whisky is made with 100% malted barley. A selection of five whiskies in wine casks was used for this release, including sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The people at Teeling made history by bringing back whisky distilling to Dublin with their own expression of Teeling Single Pot Still, which was fully distilled in Ireland's capital city - the first time that's happened in almost half a century! Made from 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, it is bottled at 46% ABV with no filtering or additional caramel colouring added.
It is bottled directly after triple distillation in a copper pot still, without first maturing in barrel. It uses the best quality Irish barley. It produces a wonderfully smooth character ideal for drinking either neat or with various mixers or cocktail bases; suggest serving with a premium tonic water and an orange peel.
Ireland's most interesting and iconic blended whisky. Derived from a small batch bottling from selected casks that were previously aged rum resulting in a distinctive character combined with a smooth and unique flavour. Bottled at 46%, without chill filtering, the true character of Teeling Small Batch is completed.
This particular whisky from the Teeling series has been fully matured in barrels that were previously used to age red wine from California, resulting in an intensely fruity and beautifully orange distillate with rich berry notes. Here we find hand-selected barrels and bottling at 46% without chill-filtration that ensure its unique flavor.
The third Premium Whisky in the Teeling series. A work of art from 100% malted barley and Whisky of different ages, culminating in a special Malt distilled in 1991. Central to the innovative maturation, excellent finishing techniques and a combination of Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon casks produces the most flavoursome yet smooth Irish Single Malt.
