No ageing. Full body and agave taste. Aromas of minerals and eucalyptus with extra flavors of green apple, fresh citrus and red hot chiltepe pepper. Light smoke and methodical burn. Perfect for cocktails or even neat.
Mezcal Logia is made from wild Cenizo maguey agaves that need to spend 14 years to reach the desired maturity. It is traditionally prepared in conical stone ovens, made of volcanic stone. The agaves are roasted with huizache and mesquite wood and, once cooked, are hand-ground and fermented in rectangular steel vats and double-distilled in copper stills. The nose is clear with light fruit notes, traces of earthy aromas and sweet smoky chilli peppers.
Soft body with bright platinum tones, citrus and slightly smoky aroma, with persistent notes of wild flowers and wet earth. Soft, smooth and balanced taste, notes of freshly harvested Agave, a touch of almonds, with hints of orange peel. Finishes on the palate clean, open, pleasant with subtle notes of pink pepper.

Produced from Espadin agave that has been concentrated after 7 years, which means a high concentration of sugar in the Pina. After milling and cooking with three different woods (ocote, encino and pirul), the fermentation is done 100% naturally in pine needles for 7 to 30 days. The result is a 43o mezcal with a perfect flavour profile for use in cocktails.
Triple Distilled is the realization of an innovative idea. While all high quality tequilas are traditionally produced by the double distillation method, the Corralejo managers dared to create a reposado tequila with a triple distillation process with barrel aging in three types of wood, American and French oak as well as Encino.
Aromas of leather, cocoa and pumpkin seeds. Opens in the mouth with a first touch of dry chilli and evolves into a mysterious tea aroma. It has a very pleasant ending that transports us to a field after rain.
Aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels which are burnt to give the tequila its smoky character. This tequila is a perfect example of the master tequila maker's capabilities.
An excellent Premium tequila that to enjoy you must allow it to slowly cross your palate. Its imposing crown-shaped bottle is in perfect harmony with its rich character and long aging for 2 years in oak barrels.
It ages for four months in both French oak and two different types of American oak barrels. The aging process in which 3 different types of oak are used takes the art of making tequila to another level.
