The highly anticipated Teeling Single Malt Irish Whisky is made with 100% malted barley. A selection of five whiskies in wine casks was used for this release, including sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fee Foam is used in drinks that require a shaker, in order to give an attractive and exuberant foam effect to the drink, without the addition of white foam. Simply add 2 drops to your cocktail and shake well until the desired foam effect is formed. Used extensively in citrus based acidic drinks and in drinks that need stirring such as daiquiris, fizzes and sours.
Mezcal Logia is made from wild Cenizo maguey agaves that need to spend 14 years to reach the desired maturity. It is traditionally prepared in conical stone ovens, made of volcanic stone. The agaves are roasted with huizache and mesquite wood and, once cooked, are hand-ground and fermented in rectangular steel vats and double-distilled in copper stills. The nose is clear with light fruit notes, traces of earthy aromas and sweet smoky chilli peppers.
Michel Sajous creates his Clairin on the magnificent Attalaye hill, surrounded by mango trees and wild sugar cane. Produced from an old and rare variety, Cristalline, it is grown without the addition of pesticides and fertilizers. This auto-fermented rum is distilled by the process of direct ignition.
Clement Rhum Select Barrel is aged for a minimum of three years in American barrels that previously housed Bourbon Whiskey. This agricole rhum retains its earthy character and freshness while gaining a complexity and smoothness from the vanilla, tobacco and fruit notes that come from full maturation.

The fourth generation of the Gatsiou family of distillers produces Koukoudo liqueur according to the traditional recipe, maintaining its unique aroma and its special taste. With a new and renewed packaging that links the past with the present, it is a refined and refreshing proposal. Its main ingredient is the authentic mastic oil from the Mastic Villages of Chios. A tangy drink, without the texture of syrup, very characteristic aroma, with the wonderful combination of mastic and citrus not overpowering.
Soft body with bright platinum tones, citrus and slightly smoky aroma, with persistent notes of wild flowers and wet earth. Vintage 2009 is a Single Blended Rum, consisting of rums distilled in a copper Double Retort Potstill as well as in a continuous Twin Column Still at Foursquare Distillery. It is aged for 12 years in former Bourbon barrels and bottled at 60% abv, without chill filtering, in its natural color with no additions. A complex rum, with rich intensity and a tremendous finish.
