Dry kombu seaweed with a strong marine taste. Used as an ingredient for seasoning rice in sushi, soups, broth. It is not eaten, it gives its flavor and aroma.
Frozen marinated salad with wakame seaweed. Serve with sushi, use it inside maki rolls or as a topping on gunkan rolls. Alternatively use it in burgers, bao bans, grilled or steamed fish fillets, grilled meat fillets and in green salads! Thaw the salad and serve directly.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add a small amount of seaweed to boiling water to make a seafood-flavoured soup or broth. To use in salads, add the seaweed to hot water and allow to soften. Drain them and add them to salad or use them as a salad base.
