The project of 10 leading Greek bartenders (Marfi Balis, Christos Huseas, Alexandros Gikopoulos, Kostas Ignatiadis, Dimitris Kiakos, Aris Makris, Yannis Petris, Thodoris Pyrillou, Thanos Prounaros, Nikos Tahmatzi), with the vision to produce a new tsipouro, a fine spirit for the modern bar scene and the basis for the creation of excellent signature cocktails.
