O/purist tsipouro is an exquisite, innovative spirit that brings together the elements of traditional tsipouro - the art and passion of the people of the Greek countryside and the cultural heritage of our land with those of an international standard spirit.
The project of 10 leading Greek bartenders (Marfi Balis, Christos Huseas, Alexandros Gikopoulos, Kostas Ignatiadis, Dimitris Kiakos, Aris Makris, Yannis Petris, Thodoris Pyrillou, Thanos Prounaros, Nikos Tahmatzi), with the vision to produce a new tsipouro, a fine spirit for the modern bar scene and the basis for the creation of excellent signature cocktails.
Proceeds will be donated to non-profit organizations to benefit the Entropy, Responsible Alcohol Consumption & Bartending Community.
