Its already intense aroma is enhanced by the essential oils of the flesh of these famous lemons. It works perfectly as an acidity balancer in cocktails and long drinks. It contains no added sugar, artificial flavours or colours. Its strong and rich flavor makes it ideal for use in cooking, for lemon cause in fish, and as a seasoning in salads. Many bartenders dilute it with 1 part water and add sugar to make homemade sweet & sour mix.
