The puree comes from Italy and Central Europe, while the majority of the production comes from Germany. The puree is then skillfully concentrated and carefully processed to arrive at the final product, with the right colour intensity and aroma. Mixer® guarantees the perfect cocktail, with a pure fruity taste. Raspberry puree can be used excellently in cocktails, smoothies soft drinks and granites.
It can also be used to garnish cakes, ice cream or to add flavour to tea or hot chocolate.
