Cranberry puree is the ultimate expression of bottled fruit. It is the essential ingredient for the preparation of famous cocktails such as the sex on the beach or the cosmopolitan.
Dilute with 5 parts of water (put 160 ml of puree in a 1 litre speed bottle and fill with water) to produce a very well balanced cranberry juice, both in taste and colour.
