Produced from Espadin agave that has been concentrated after 7 years, which means a high concentration of sugar in the Pina. After milling and cooking with three different woods (ocote, encino and pirul), the fermentation is done 100% naturally in pine needles for 7 to 30 days. The result is a 43o mezcal with a perfect flavour profile for use in cocktails.
Soft body with bright platinum tones, citrus and slightly smoky aroma, with persistent notes of wild flowers and wet earth. Soft, smooth and balanced taste, notes of freshly harvested Agave, a touch of almonds, with hints of orange peel. Finishes on the palate clean, open, pleasant with subtle notes of pink pepper.
Aromas of leather, cocoa and pumpkin seeds. Opens in the mouth with a first touch of dry chilli and evolves into a mysterious tea aroma. It has a very pleasant ending that transports us to a field after rain.
