Machir Bay is the flagship of the Kilchoman distillery series. It takes its name from the famous Machir Bay beach on Islay, located near the distillery. Machir Bay is a single malt aged in a complex combination of Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. This gives it a beautiful balance of vanilla, smoky Butterscotch and fruit.
A dry vermouth flavoured with 21 carefully selected spices, herbs, flowers, berries and fruits, infused for 40 days in 45% pure alcohol. The duration of the maceration ensures its originality, aromas and desirable flavours. It ages for 3 to 6 months. The ideal dry vermouth for a classic dry martini.
Genepi Grand Tetras is perfumed by infusion and distillation of the wild Genepi Artemisia Mutuellina plant, which grows at 2000 metres in the Alps. The Bigallet distillery itself is located at the foot of the Alps.
