Pineapple Mixer® concentrated pineapple puree is obtained after a double concentrating process of the best Latin American pineapples.
Only the sweetest and most aromatic pineapples have been selected to make the pulp. From 2 kg of original pineapple puree, we produce 1 kg of finished product. The puree, during the mashing process, eliminates more than half of the volume of water. The result of this process is 200% concentrated fruit pulp. With the help of the measuring tape on the speed bottle, Mixer suggests the following uses of the product. Pure, when used for frozen cocktails, smoothies or granites.
Dilution with 5 parts of water (as a cocktail base). 160 ml corresponds to 1 litre of water. Diluted with 7 parts of water (for making juice). 125 ml is equivalent to 1 litre of water.
