INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the noodles for 6 minutes, drain and rinse well with cold water. Fine dried black fungus mushrooms with crispy texture and delicate aroma. Perfect choice for all stir fries, Asian soups and classic recipes such as risotto or spaghetti with a variety of mushrooms. Soak the mushrooms for 30 minutes or until they are puffy and soft in hot water. Rinse and drain the mushrooms. Cut off the hard part and cook whole or cut into strips.
