Ginos Pesto of pistachio is made exclusively with natural ingredients, based on a traditional recipe from Sicily, respecting the tradition of a typical sauce with all the characteristics of a fresh handmade product.
This mixture is made with the traditional Ligurian recipe, and maintains the ratios between the different ingredients in order to guarantee the maximum genuineness and faithfulness to the classical taste. Ginos’ Pesto can guarantee freshness and storability thanks to a new industrial processing that can inhibit the activity of water, preventing the possible fermentation (with smell of haycock). The pesto is prepared cold, by mixing oil, fresh basil which is cut at the fifth leave from the top, nuts, cashews, pecorino cheese and parmesan cheese

Small “Brindisi variety” artichokes are carefully selected, sized and fresh manufactured, during the best harvesting period, between March and April. As soon as they are harvested, artichokes are manually deprived of the stalks and the external leaves and then are marinated in a blend of oil and flavourings, with no parsley. Every tin contains more or less 30-32 little artichokes with closed and compact leaves.
The artichoke flower heads are small tender and very sweet artichokes buds. The handcrafted manufacturing follows a genuine and traditional recipe, which aims to keep intact the taste of fresh artichoke. The quality of the offered artichoke is highlighted by its possible immediate usage, without further manufacturing, a fix food cost and by the availability during the whole year (and also off— season), in the desired quantity and with definite price.
